With rumours on who’s participating in Melodifestivalen 2025 building over the last few months, today SVT confirmed the official lineup of the 30 artists that will be taking part, along with their song titles.
They are as follows:

Changes To Melodifestivalen 2025
Unlike previous years, you will now be able to hear the songs in full on the Friday before each heat. This means you won’t have to wait until either after the show to hear the eliminated songs or second-chance songs, nor will you have to wait until Heat 5 to stream the finalists songs!
Two songs will qualify directly to the final from each heat, but only the song in 3rd place will go to the final qualification round. The 2 songs that win the final qualification round will go to the final.
Phoenix are also excited to announce that SVT have once again granted us accreditation for Melodifestivalen 2025! We’d like to thank SVT for this, and can’t wait to bring you all the coverage both on our website and on social media of the rehearsals as we see them.
Melodifestivalen 2025 begins on February 1st 2025 at 19:00 GMT // 20:00 CET on SVT & SVT Play, and will be broadcast every Saturday, with the final taking place on March 8th 2025.
